The Brown Bottle was established in 1972 by Don and Donna Landau, now owned and operated by Chuck and Joanna Landau. The Brown Bottle was named from the Joseph Schlitz Brewing Company's Hospitality Room. We are located in the Russel Lamson Building, a historically registered Grand Hotel Built in 1914. The building was renovated in 2012 amplifying it's historic beauty. At the same time the Brown Bottle also completed renovations making major changes in the main dining hall as well as upgrading banquet rooms.
